Normal production time varies depending on type of products ordered. Standard production for in stock products is 2-7 days pending any required proof approvals. Large orders for award products, promotional products and decorated apparel may require longer production time of 2 weeks or longer. Rush service is available upon request pending available inventory and necessary timeline. Normally no additional cost is charged for rush service unless other expenses arise due to requirements of the order or special requests for the order.
Order acceptance policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance or your order, nor does if constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Blue Ribbon Awards reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Payment accepted by check or credit card: VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Credit terms may be provided for schools, government or manufacturing/resale business. Full payment is required before production begins processing orders unless credit approved.
Some products and components shown in catalog or online store may not be in stock to fulfill orders immediately and additional time may be required to receive the needed products or components from vendors to fulfill orders. Products shown in catalog or online store may be subject to back order. In the event of product back orders customers will be notified of any delays in order fulfillment or will be asked if substitution for another product can be made.
If an order has been printed or engraved, a cancellation will not be accepted. Cancellations must be received in writing
Shipping charges will vary depending on location, weight or special shipping requests. Some shipments may have additional packaging and handling fees in addition to carrier shipping cost.
